Tony Gorman came to CPR with over 15 years of experience in public media and print. He gained most of his professional experience at community-licensed stations throughout rural Alaska. Gorman has also worked for WABE in Atlanta and Delaware Public Media.

Matt Moret is the morning editor for Colorado Public Radio.

Professional background:
Matt Moret joined CPR News as its morning editor in 2020. He previously worked as a digital editor at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, where he organized the newspaper’s award-winning podcast unit and helped manage the outlet’s digital platforms. While at the Post-Gazette, Matt was also a member of the staff that won a Pulitzer Prize for its breaking news coverage of the Tree of Life synagogue shooting.
